SHOW PICKUP
We are now offering pickup at select events we
are attending (such as mini-meets or coin shows).
Our payment software automatically charges for
shipping, but if we arrange a pickup your shipping payment will be handed back
to you as cash with your package. If you
or I are unable to attend the mini-meet or convention, though, the package will
be mailed to you at the regular shipping cost.
How to reserve in-person delivery: Place your order on
the website in the normal fashion.
Shipping will be automatically calculated, so pay the entire amount and
shipping will be rebated to you at the event.
Notify me immediately BY EMAIL (not Messenger or Facebook) that
you will pick up the order at the event (we try to process orders quickly, so if
you delay your package may end up in the mail before we can stop it). Include
your phone number to help coordinate the meeting. CONTACT ME BY

When is pickup available?: You must attend the event! If it is a multi-day event (such as the
larger conventions), I only attend on certain days – usually the weekdays when
crowds are lighter. For single-day
events (like the mini-meets), I usually attend for almost the entire day – you should
have no trouble finding me.
Deadlines?:
I can only fill orders for you before I begin my travel. I generally attend these events as part of a
full week of travel, so orders must be placed by a deadline. The deadline may be the day before the event,
or sometimes up to a week before the event.
What if plans change?: If you or I do not
attend, or can’t link up, your package will be mailed to you at regular
shipping cost at the first available opportunity. You can also cancel pickup or the entire
order at any time by alerting me through the above email address (not through
Messenger or Facebook – I do not read those when traveling).

at these upcoming shows. The list will be updated as needed. I do not have a
dealer table, and I do not attend for the entire day or all days of the
conventions.
